Offering a unique dance party experience suitable for children aged 4 upwards. All dances and games can be adapted to suit a range of age groups and interests.

Using over 20 years dance experience to inform choreography, drawing on fitness and wellbeing qualifications to enrich the experience in a safe and accessible way, and ensuring all activities can be adapted in the moment to provide a truly unique party.

What a dance party looks like:

We offer a fun filled two hour party which includes a mixture of choreographed dances to current and popular music, games with a musical and dance based twist, and some high energy fun for all.

Breaking up the high energy dances with games allows the children to stay focused and engaged throughout the party. It is recommended that if you plan to serve food, this is done at about an hour into the party, we gather the children back on the floor after food to play more games and finish on a highly interactive dance game all will enjoy. If you prefer, we can just run a disco and games instead.

What is provided:

All music and lights will be provided by us. Depending on the size of the venue and your requirements, we tailor the set up to suit the party best. We will bring the most suitable set up for your event with us to deliver a great party.

We give out small bags of Haribo as 'prizes' during any games, which are identified as vegan friendly. Should there be an issue with this please let us know in advance, you can provide alternatives for those children who cannot accept Haribo sweets or if you would like to scale up the prizes yourself or provide some other options to give out, that is welcomed.

For each age group we have a pre-defined playlist that is used for Dance Parties and Disco and Games options, this includes the most suitable choreographed dance pieces and some popular and current music. We ensure all music is 'clean' radio edits where appropriate. If you would like a specific song played please let us know so that it can be incorporated into the party.

If you opt for a Disco only party, our DJ will use their specialist skills to read the room and play music suitable for the occasion. If you are happy, we will accept requests as part of this option, but we will only play clean and non explicit music if under 18s are present.

Please note we do not play music from YouTube (as this is illegal) or plug a third party device into our equipment. We are happy to source specific music if you would like us to, but we can only play what is available to us via authorised and legal sources. We hold subscriptions and licences to allow us access to a wider range of music, but there are sometimes limits on what we can access on request.

Please use the form below to enquire about your party. Please ensure you provide a date, time, and venue location. This is because we may have multiple bookings in a day and need to ensure suitable travel and loading times are available.

Please note we require a minimum of 45 minutes to set up and pack down for 2 hour parties, and a minimum of 1 hour for a disco only or bespoke option (though bespoke options may vary depending on the equipment required for the event). It is your responsibility to ensure adequate time is allowed for safe access to set up and pack down all equipment.

Please ensure you provide details of access limitations, venue requirements (such as noise limiters / off site times), or special requests in the further information field also. If any attendees have special needs we need to be aware of, please make this known to the Party Entertainer / DJ so they can respond to these accordingly (this is particularly important for those with sensory impairments or physical disabilities).

I understand that should there need to be a change of date, time, or venue I am responsible for advising Zara's Parties no later than 7 days before the booking is due to take place. If insufficient notice is given, I understand that Zara's Parties may terminate the agreement and cancel the booking.

By completing this form I understand that Zara's Parties accept no responsibility for the health, safety, and wellbeing of attendees at the event and, where inappropriate supervision is provided (minimum of 1 adult to 10 children actively supervising), for the damage of facilities or equipment at the venue. I understand that I may be held liable for damage to Zara's Parties equipment if instructions and advice from the Party Entertainer / DJ is not followed or appropriate information is not provided by myself to ensure they can operate on site safely.

I understand the Zara's Parties Party Entertainer / DJ may issue advice if injury is sustained during the event, but I accept responsibility for making the appropriate decisions regarding medical interventions and engaging emergency services if required. Zara's Parties will not be held liable for any injury or illness occurring as a result of participation in the event.
