Being an avid reader and having a thirst for knowledge, I have collected lots of interesting and sometimes quite specialist skills and information to house in my tool kit. I am keen to share these thoughts and skills with others to help them in their lives, their business, and to make the world a better place.

My interests are broad, spanning across a variety of specialist and generalist areas. The ability to adapt this knowledge is what offers me a unique insight into how I can facilitate and empower others to take a different approach to the way they work, think, act, and interact across their personal and professional lives.

I am first and foremost a mother to two inspirational young ladies whose enthusiasm and thirst for life motivate me daily and inspire many of the interests I have further explored since they arrived in the world.

Beyond that I am a professional and creative thinker. My skill to see beyond the next step, think outside of the confines of expectations, and push the realms of 'what if', offer a valuable asset to those I connect with.

Over the years I have applied my skills and knowledge to many areas. Being previously employed in sales, office management, health and safety in construction, private mental health services, digital communication management, project management, and public sector service development including policy review and engagement.
